National Council of Women of New Zealand (NCWNZ), Auckland Tāmaki Branch

National Council of Women of New Zealand (NCWNZ) is an umbrella organisation working towards true gender equality in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Established in 1896, we have 14 branches and more than 200 organisations, as well as individuals, as members.

Over the past 124 years we have led and supported many initiatives that have benefited all New Zealanders and their communities.

We are the Auckland Tāmaki Branch and we support this wider goal by organising events, supporting our local members and giving feedback on local and national government policies to advocate for an intersectional gender lens to all policy.

The National Council of Women of New Zealand (NCWNZ) works toward a gender equal New Zealand.
