We should all be able to readily access the goods and services we need on a daily basis.

We are calling for consumers to nominate businesses who provide a simple and easy retail experience, either online, in person, or over the phone. Accessible businesses are fully aware of customers with access needs, and do what it takes to deliver welcoming and positive customer experiences. This can include training staff in accessible customer service, and providing information and communications in alternative formats.

We want to showcase businesses that provide goods and services to their customers through an accessible retail experience.

You must submit your Goods & Services provider nomination between 12 April – 26 April 2021.
