It wasn't in an accessible format - Susan's Story

I'm Susan, I'm vision impaired and this is my story about the frustration I experienced when last year my bus company changed the timetables and didn't advertise it in accessible formats.

This is my access story, it is one of many. I'm sharing it because I want a law that puts accessibility at the heart of an inclusive Aotearoa New Zealand.
